Dustin Peterson

Dustin is Founder and President of Proof Leadership Group and the author of Reset: How to Get Paid and Love What You Do. He lives in Houston with his wife and four kiddos and has been a leadership and career coach for over 10 years. He completed his M.S. in Educational Leadership and his B.S. in Communications.

Sean Talamas

Sean is Managing Partner of Proof Leadership Group, Associate Editor for the Journal of Character and Leadership, and former non-profit Executive Director. He is a Cuban American and combat veteran with a PhD in Psychology, M.A. in Industry and Organizational Psychology, M.A in Teaching, and B.A. in Psychology. 

Rachael Arthur

Rachael is an Executive Leadership Coach at Proof Leadership Group. Over the last 15 years she has worked in education and non-profit organizations as a leader, a coach, and an educator. She has a Certificate in Professional Coaching from New York University School of Professional Studies and a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Texas A&M University.

Diana Gould

Diana is an Executive Leadership Coach at Proof Leadership. She’s held senior management roles in K-12 education and non-profit institutions. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional with over 10 years of experience helping organizations find, develop, and retain the most talented people. Diana holds a B.A in Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester and a M.B.A. from Rutgers University – Camden.

Stephanie Houston

Stephanie is an HR and Talent Development professional who specializes in leadership and organizational development. She has spent her career developing others as an educator, HR leader, and as a professional coach. She is a certified leadership coach through the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of Rice University’s coach training program. She lives in Houston with her husband and three children.

Haley Fletcher Bethune

Haley is an Executive Coach at Proof Leadership Group. She is an experienced facilitator, trainer and strategist. Prior to her role at Proof, Haley spent 13 years in senior leadership roles for a global network of nonprofit organizations, building the capacity of leaders in more than 30 organizations in 20 different countries across the globe. She began her career as an educator in Houston. Haley holds Masters Degrees from both Rhodes University in South Africa and University of Denver, and a Bachelors from Rice University. She lives in Boise, Idaho with her husband and three children.
